2008 Garden State Basketball Officials Camp Application

COST:	$160.00 PER SESSION. Cost includes T-shirt, printed materials, etc. $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required with application.
APPLICATION IS DUE BY July 15, 2008 and DEPOSIT IS DUE WITH APPLICATION.
ENROLLMENT: Limited to first 32 applicants who enroll. Ratio of officials to staff is 4 to 1.
