  The Eastern Basketball Officials Instructional Camp will be held July 9 – 11, 2021 at the Spooky Nook Sports Complex in Manheim, PA. The camp director, Donnie Eppley, is currently the Supervisor of Officials for the Centennial, Landmark, MAC-Commonwealth and MAC-Freedom conferences. He currently officiates in 11 Division I conferences including the B1G, A10, MAAC, MAC, NEC, Patriot, Ivy and others. Donnie has officiated in the NCAA tournament for 11 years and is the Associate Executive Director for IAABO, Inc. This camp focuses on teaching men's collegiate mechanics and is geared towards officials wanting to get into college officiating. Staff includes NCAA collegiate officials. The fee for the School Fee is $275.00 (no meals or lodging). There is a discounted rate for IAABO members ($250.00). Each official will officiate 4-6 games. Each court will have 2-3 clinicians per court. Prior to camp, a Zoom Call will occur to discuss camp details.
